Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the final prices of the products as shown on the Website. Thus, Maraea performs delivery and/or shipping services through: Correos.

In no case will the Website add additional costs to the price of a product or service automatically, but only those that the User has selected and chosen voluntarily and freely.

The accepted means of payment will be: Credit or debit card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer

Likewise, the User may pay all or part of the purchase price with a gift card and/or a subscription card issued by Maraea and/or Paula Santos Villanueva.

Maraea uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the bank issuing them, if said entity does not authorize payment, Maraea will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the User.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are €6 for the entire Spanish territory, including the islands. For foreigners it is €12 regardless of the country of delivery.

Once the purchase is made, the order will be received in the following terms:

– Spain: 2 – 5 working days.

– Other Countries: 20 working days.

Shipments through Correos by certified letter

Maraea makes its shipments through Correos by certified mail with a tracking code, including shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands.

Returns

If, exceptionally, the piece presents any damage, please send us an email to hola@maraea.es or by calling +34 686 264 004 (hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). :00 a.m. GMT+1). We will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.

You have 15 days from receipt of the order to notify us of your intention to change, indicating your order number and the new desired size, if applicable, or the part change.

Warranty

All Maraea jewels have a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The repair or replacement will be free for the consumer, it will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the parts, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

There is NO Money Refund / YES Changes are made

Money refunds are not made.

Inform us at hola@maraea.es of your intention to exchange the jewel(s) within 15 days of receiving them.

Once we verify that the state of the jewel(s) is adequate, we will proceed to change the piece.
