1. ShouldI register?
Registering allows you to navigate our web with more ease, such as being able to save products in your favorites, making ordering easier. You can also make an order without registering.
What are theadvantagesof shopping online?
Comfortable access to Maraea anytime, anywhere. The biggest advantage to online shopping is that everything you order will be sent directly to your desired location without needing to go outside. On our web you will be able to find information about our pieces, availability, and personal attention through our email email@example.com.
3.How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are €6 within Spain, including the Islands. International shipping costs are €12 regardless of the country.
4. From where can I make my order?
Currently orders can be shipped within Spain and Europe.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is made, you will receive it within the following times:
-Spain: 8-10 working days
– Other countries: 20 working days
If you need faster shipping, let us know and if possible, we will ship it as an urgent parcel.

6. Is VAT already applied to items on the site?
Yes, all the prices that you see on the website include VAT, so you will not get any extra charges during your check out. .
7. Can I send my order to a different person?
You can use any address apart from a PO box. If you wish you can send your order to someone else as a gift.
8. Who delivers my order?
Maraea uses Correos certified mail services with a tracking code, including shipments to the Canaries and Balearic Islands.
9. How can I check whether the order has been made correctly?
We will send you a confirmation email to check that the order has been made correctly. In the case o a personalised order, you will get sent a second email informing you of when your order has been shipped. Send us an email to email@example.com you don’t get these emails and we will be in touch to solve the issue.
10. Will the pearl look thesame as in the picture
The photographs are faithful to the product, but bear in mind each pearl has a different colour, shape, size and lustre. All our pieces are unique and dependant on the pearls used, making them a one-of-a-kind product.
11. What shouldI do in case of a faulty product?
If for some reason your piece showed signs of being faulty, let us know by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or +34 686 264 004 (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00h and 17:00 to 20:00h GTM+1). We will be in touch shortly to resolve the issue.
12. How long is the warranty for Maraea products?
All our pieces have a one-year warranty from the day they were acquired in case of any defects. Reparation and substitution will be free for the client, including cost of materials, shipping costs and any others labour related costs.
13. What is the time limit if I want to return my order?
You have 15 days from the arrival of the product to communicate your intention of exchanging or replacing it, indicating the new size or product you want.
We do NOT do refunds, we only exchange products.
We do not offer money refunds.
Let us know your intention to swap your product within a 15-day period since arrival to email@example.com.
Once we have checked that the state of the product is acceptable, we will proceed with the exchange. The client is responsible for sending the product back.
